Job description We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for customers, ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic, tech-driven platform. This role integrates individual drive efforts with customer service demands, supported by an advanced mobile application. This role creates impact by providing essential on-demand mobility solutions, enhancing community connectivity and personal earning potential for drivers across various locations, operating in a highly flexible work mode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a personal 4-door vehicle to transport passengers to their desired destinations, adhering strictly to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
• Utilize the Uber driver application to accept trip requests, navigate efficiently using turn-by-turn directions, and manage earnings daily, including Instant Pay withdrawals up to five times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle cleanliness, ensuring a positive experience for riders while actively responding to 24/7 in-app support for any operational issues. Job benefits
• Earn at least $1515 for completing 120 trips in your first 30 days, with the option to cash out up to five times daily via Uber's Instant Pay feature.

• Possess at least one year of driving experience in the U.S., increasing to three years of experience for drivers under the age of 23, demonstrating a solid history of safe operation.
• Own and operate a qualified 4-door vehicle, maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and ensure up-to-date vehicle insurance as required for platform eligibility.
