Our drivers use our T3 technology to see routes, track fleet locations, and manage delivery details in real time—so you can focus on safe, efficient transport. What You'll Do Follow all state and federal transportation laws while operating your vehicle Transport heavy equipment safely and promptly over assigned routes while observing traffic laws and safety regulations Back and position the truck and trailer into tight loading/unloading areas using spotter signals Assist with loading/unloading as needed; use specialized equipment when warranted; return empty skids and gear to designated areas Collect and maintain invoices and bills of lading; turn in paperwork to the shipping office or appropriate staff at the end of your route Conduct routine service checks (oil, water, fuel, air) and escalate maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor Stage and arrange trailers in the yard to optimize loading patterns Pitch in on other related tasks as assigned Bring These Strengths Professional, courteous communication with customers and teammates at delivery points Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy environment

see challenges as opportunities, embrace change and continuous improvement, and show up with energy, effort, and optimism Credentials & Experience Commercial driver's license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur's license per state requirements, suitable for vehicle weight Must pass DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle. Physical Requirements Long stretches seated in a truck cab Lift/move up to 40 pounds Frequent travel CDL drivers may be required to be clean shaven in order to deliver to EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement Legal & Screening Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen Why Join EquipmentShare?
