Job Description

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position drop and hook freight on dedicated accounts.
PAY & MILES
Average pay: Approximately $1,800 gross per week Average mileage: 2,0002,400 miles per week Consistent regional freight Paid orientation and training
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
Depart Sunday evening or Monday morning Return Friday evening or Saturday morning Home every week
RUNNING AREA
Regional routes through your home state and neighboring states Drivers remain within a consistent regional operating area
FREIGHT & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pneumatic dry bulk freight Hauling cement, sand, and limestone Drivers assist with loading Drivers are responsible for offloading the product Training on pneumatic tank equipment is provided
EQUIPMENT
2020 and newer Mack and International trucks Governed at 65 MPH on the pedal and 68 MPH on cruise PARKING Truck must be parked at a secure location approved by management
PAID ORIENTATION & TRAINING
Orientation begins on Monday and includes an online portion followed by onsite and road training.
Online orientation:
Approximately 2.53 hours Around 3132 online tasks Upload of CDL, medical card, and Social Security card Policy review and acceptance Required training videos Pre-employment drug screening $200 paid after completion and hire, included on the first Friday paycheck following hire Onsite training: Approximately five days 1.52 days of classroom instruction Standard driver road test Introduction to pneumatic tank equipment Initial hands-on training Paid at $120 per day Additional road training: Approximately 57 days at the drivers home terminal Paid at $120 per day
TRAVEL, LODGING & MEALS
Travel provided by plane or rental car Mileage reimbursement may be available within the companys current limit Private, single-occupancy hotel room provided Breakfast and lunch provided

REFERRAL BONUS
Earn a $1,500 driver referral bonus: $750 paid when the referred driver is hired $750 paid after the referred driver completes 90 days
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class
A CDL TWIC
