• Founded in North Little Rock, AR, we have been delivering building materials to our customers across the Central South region since 1987. Being a family owned company, we pride ourselves on ensuring strong customer relationships and taking care of our employees. After much growth, we opened our second location in Rogers, AR in December of 2023. Since opening, we have already exceeded expectations and we are looking forward to soon be starting construction at our permanent Northwest Arkansas distribution facility in Springdale, AR. Join our dynamic and growing team as a Local CDL Class A Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across local routes in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a day cab semi-truck with a 48' flatbed trailer, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. We are committed to supporting your professional growth and providing a rewarding work experience. Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailers on daily scheduled routes. Insuring your load is safely secured to deliver to customers and verifying shipment documentation for accuracy. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Deliver freight accurately to designated locations, adhering to scheduled routes and delivery windows. Manage route driving efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver experience with local routes. Experience driving various types of trucks such as flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is highly desirable. Knowledge of freight handling procedures including load & unload operations. Familiarity with route planning and navigation for efficient deliveries. Must be able to tarp loads when required.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
