Mobley Concrete is now accepting applications for duty-ready mix truck drivers to transport, mix, and deliver concrete to residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. Ensure safe vehicle operation, monitor concrete consistency, maintain equipment cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.

General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Driving and Delivery:

Safely operate a concrete mixer truck along assigned routes to and from batch plants and construction job sites. Navigate rough or confined off-road terrain at delivery locations.

Product Quality Control:

Monitor concrete consistency (slump) and add approved admixtures or water as required. Climb ladders (10-12 feet) to inspect the load inside the drum.

Equipment Maintenance & Cleaning:

Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Wash down chutes and clean excess concrete off the truck after each delivery to prevent buildup. Assemble and lift extension chutes weighing 35-50 pounds. Be willing to travel within the state of Arkansas. Prioritize, delegate, and perform all work, placing safety first in all things. Record daily time.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Valid Arkansas driver's license in good standing — CDL a plus. Ability to work overtime, as required. Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended or continuous periods of time. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Exposure to loud noise, fumes, or dust.
