To deliver product to sites in a safe and timely manner, retrieve cash on delivery of product, to have all sales tickets signed and return to Business Accountant. Maintain and provide positive communication with customers and all co-workers at all times. Equipment Operator's will be required to perform manual tasks of operations: including but not limited to; lifting, shoveling and general clean up around plant, also cross trained on duties on aggregate operation.QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have valid Arizona Driver License Class "A" or "B" CDL
- Must be insurable with the Yavapai-Apache Nation and maintain insurability for the duration of employment.
- Must have Redi -Mix driving experience (preferred) one (1) year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to drive Concrete mixer trucks to various sites.
- Must be willing to do manual tasks around Plant; shoveling, lifting general clean up.
- Must maintain assigned equipment in good working condition and clean and prevent concrete from hardening on equipment.
- Must be able to perform Pre trips and Post trip inspections.
- Must have sound judgment and knowledge to visually inspect consistency of concrete mix.
- Must have good communication skills on radio, phone and in person
- Must maintain positive professionalism with public, co-workers, and Contractors.
- Must be willing to learn to operate various equipment in Mining Operation.
- Must attend and adhere to all safety regulations and policies.
- Must adhere to cash handling policies.
- Must be able to conform to strict MSHA policies
- Must be willing to work long hours, over time, Holiday and weekends if needed.
- Must be able to be at work and hours.
- Must be able to Read Maps and take directions.
- Must be able to document time and slump on invoice tickets.
- Must be willing to be cross trained in any other duties for Sand & Rock Operation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to determine slump of concrete for delivery. Must have sound judgment and knowledge to visually inspect consistency of concrete mixer.- Ability to lift and carry over 50lbs.
- Ability to operate hand and foot controls.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to maintain balance or coordination.
- Must have ability to push and pull material
- Must be able to get into confined areas for a duration of time.
