Are you ready to stop living out of a sleeper berth and start pulling in serious local money? We have got an open slot right out of our Phoenix yard for a dedicated dry van route that gets you home every single day , keeps you on short local hops across Arizona, and lets you bank between $1,580 and $1,710 every week (~$82K to $88K+ a year). What you will be pulling in: $20.00/hour base pay + $20 per stop + a $75 flat rate per completed trailer offload. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus accrued paid time off.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Hauling dedicated dry van retail freight on local short-hauls across AZ. Using a hydraulic liftgate to unload store freight (about 80% wheeled carts and 20% manual cart stacking). Working day or night shifts that include weekends and holidays (though you get Thanksgiving and Christmas off!).

What we need from you:

Experience:

Either a 120+ hour CDL training certificate (zero experience needed!), or 6 months of OTR experience in the last year, or 1 full year within the last 5 years.

Screening:
