Pay ranges 52-65CPM depending on experience, safety, and production pay, with top earners earning up to $100K+ annually on top-tier loads.• Freight that keeps you rolling. Run consistent dry van freight across 11 Western states, with 10,000-13,000+ miles per month for drivers who want the wheels turning. Bonuses built to add up. Earn a 2CPM safety bonus for clean inspections and on-time appointments, a production bonus up to 3CPM at higher monthly mileage, and a retention bonus of up to $2,000 available.• Home time built around your life. Choose from multiple schedule options, including shorter runs with a 34-hour reset at home, so you can find the fit that works for you. Benefits & Perks Modern trucks, easier miles.
