Job Description

Denali Water Solutions LLC is seeking a Class A Lead Support Driver to safely transport biosolids and organic residuals for municipal, industrial, and food processing clients. This role leads daily truck operations, supports routing and scheduling, and ensures DOT and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include operating and inspecting Class A vehicles, coordinating with operations and field teams, completing logs and manifests, and following strict safety and PPE protocols. The Lead Support Driver helps train drivers, supports spill response, and represents Denali's commitment to sustainable, compliant resource recovery. Responsibilities Safely operate and maneuver Class A commercial vehicles hauling biosolids and organic residuals Lead and support daily transport operations, routing, and scheduling coordination Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document vehicle conditions Maintain accurate driver logs, manifests, and compliance documentation Follow DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations and company safety policies Coordinate with operations, field, and customer teams for timely pickups and deliveries Assist in training and mentoring drivers on safety, compliance, and best practices Support spill response and incident reporting procedures when required Use onboard and handheld technology for routing, communication, and recordkeeping Represent Denali professionally with customers and the public, promoting a safety-first culture Required Skills Class A CDL truck operation Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance DOT and FMCSA compliance Electronic logging devices (ELDs) Route planning and scheduling support Load securement and safe material handling Spill response basics Recordkeeping and documentation Customer communication Safety and PPE protocols
