This position is responsible for operating a fuel/lube truck and keeping company equipment fueled, lubricated, serviced, and ready for daily operations. Minimum 3 years of Fuel/Lube Truck experience and a valid CDL with Hazmat Endorsement Required. Responsibilities Safely operate a fuel/lube truck to multiple jobsites and equipment locations. Fuel construction equipment, trucks, and other company fleet assets. Fill and monitor DEF and other required fluids. Grease equipment according to service requirements. Check oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, and other fluid levels. Monitor equipment hours and scheduled service intervals. Perform routine oil and filter changes and basic preventive maintenance services. Conduct visual equipment inspections while fueling and servicing. Identify and report leaks, damage, low fluids, or maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate records of fuel, DEF, fluids, grease, and services performed. Keep the fuel/lube truck clean, organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations. Plan daily routes and complete scheduled fueling and service stops on time. Coordinate with the Equipment Manager, dispatch, and field supervision. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Follow all DOT regulations, safety requirements, and company policies. Immediately report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Fuel/Lube Truck experience — required. CDL with Hazmat Endorsement Required Clean and acceptable driving record. Experience fueling and servicing construction equipment. Working knowledge of diesel fuel, DEF, grease, oils, fluids, filters, and preventive maintenance. Ability to recognize and report basic equipment maintenance or safety concerns. Ability to safely maneuver a fuel/lube truck through active construction jobsites. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobsite stops. Dependable and able to adapt to changing schedules and field priorities.
