Full Job Description Compensation & Performance Pay Weekly Earnings:
Average $1,250 - $1,500 per week.
All-Mile Pay:
Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
Accessorial Pay:
$20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to ensure you are paid for your time.
Home Time & Schedule Schedule:
Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home .
Operating Area:
Dedicated Run between Phoenix, Albuquerque and Southern California.
Park & Go:
Option to take your assigned truck home during your weekly reset (where applicable).
Freight & Equipment The Fleet:
Drive newer, premium, assigned equipment from top brands like Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
Freight Style:
100% No-Touch freight. Highly efficient operations with 70% drop & hook and minimal live loading/unloading. Full Benefits Package Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
Paid Time Off:
Generous paid vacation time + 8 paid holidays per year
Retirement:
401(k) plan available with up to a $2,000 company match
Job Requirements License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Compliance:
Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
Background:
DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. SAP acceptable if you have step 6 complete.
