Job Description

SUMMARY Incumbents perform semi-skilled activities in the Solid Waste Division. Incumbents operate light to heavy equipment such as solid waste collection equipment, loaders, and forklifts. Incumbents are responsible for providing solid waste collection services and educational information, and ensuring regulatory compliance for residential and commercial collection routes. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, and one year of full-time sanitation, heavy truck, and/or construction equipment operations experience, or closely related work. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class B or higher.
