EZ Haul AZ is looking for a dependable and hardworking Junk Removal Crew Member to join our growing team. This is a part-time, on-call position serving residential, commercial, and construction customers throughout Yuma County.

PREVIOUS TRAILER TOWING AND BACKING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

This is not an entry-level driving position.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, enjoys working outdoors, provides excellent customer service, and can safely tow and back our 16-foot roll-off dumpster trailer when assigned. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial junk removal services. Load and unload furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and other materials. Safely tow, deliver, position, and retrieve our roll-off dumpster trailer. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely. Perform basic vehicle and trailer safety inspections. Secure loads before transport. Keep job sites clean before leaving. Work safely as part of a team. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous trailer towing and backing experience is required. Ability to safely tow and back a trailer into residential and commercial properties. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly. Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude. Schedule Part-time On-call 8-24 hours per week Pay $17.00-Starting pay. After successful completion of probationary period pay increase to $19. Hiring Process Applicants must complete the required screening questions. Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview. Final candidates must successfully complete a trailer towing and backing assessment before an offer of employment is made. If hired, time spent completing the driving assessment will be included on the employee's first paycheck. Employment is subject to a 90-day probationary period. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
