We are seeking a safety-minded, dependable Water Truck Driver to support active heavy civil and earthmoving construction projects. You will operate a specialized large-tank vehicle to suppress airborne dust, maintain proper soil moisture levels for structural compaction, and support grading operations.

Core Responsibilities Dust Control:

Spray water over haul roads, excavation zones, and active jobsites to manage dust risks and maintain air quality compliance.

Compaction Support:

Saturate flexible base materials and apply precise moisture levels to help ground crews compact dirt, trenches, and fills.

Moisture Judgment:

Evaluate site conditions to ensure roads are not over-watered, preventing hazardous, muddy, or unstable ground conditions.

Water Sourcing:

Safely fill the truck tank from approved environmental sources, municipal hydrants, or plants following strict local regulations.

Safety Inspections:

Complete mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle inspections (fluids, pumps, valves, hoses, and spray nozzles).

Requirements & Qualifications Licensing:

Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a mandatory Tanker Endorsement .

Driving Record:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) matching standard corporate safety guidelines.

Site Experience:

Preferred 2+ years driving heavy trucks or operating equipment on unstable, rough, or uneven construction terrain.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to repeatedly lift, drag, and connect heavy fluid hoses weighing up to 50 lbs.

Clearances:

Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment physical, DOT background check, and regular drug screening.

Work Agility:

Ability to work weekdays and some weekends (doutdoors in extreme heat, cold, dust, or moving machinery zones.

Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
