Need to be told the same thing twice Make excuses when things go sideways Call out last minute or show up late Bring negativity onto the truck Treat customers like an inconvenience We provide hands-on training on safe vehicle/trailer operation, equipment handling, and customer engagement — you don't need to walk in knowing everything, but you do need to walk in ready to learn and lead.
