Job description We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide efficient transportation services, connecting riders with destinations and contributing to an accessible, on-demand mobility network. This role creates impact by enabling flexible, on-demand travel for users in local communities, operating in a part-time work mode with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a personal vehicle to transport passengers to their desired destinations, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize the Uber driver application to accept trip requests, navigate efficiently, and manage earnings, ensuring prompt and reliable service delivery for all rides.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all riders, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience while consistently meeting service quality metrics. Job benefits
• Earn a guaranteed minimum of $1470 for completing 130 trips within the first 30 days, plus cash out earnings up to 5x daily via Instant Pay.
• Enjoy a fully flexible schedule, choosing when and where to drive, ensuring complete control over work hours to fit personal availability. Job requirements
• Possess 1+ years of U.S. driving experience (3+ years if under 23) to safely and responsibly operate a vehicle for passenger transport services.
• Hold a valid U.S. driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and own a 4-door vehicle that meets all platform standards for rideshare operations.
