This is local work, home daily, no over the road. You'll work directly with the owners, not a corporate dispatch office, and there's real room to grow as we bring additional trucks online in the coming months. PAY $25 per hour, paid weekly, for all hours worked.
SCHEDULE
Local Southern California routes. Early morning starts. Some day to day variation in routes and load count as dispatch requires, but this is steady, ongoing local work.
EQUIPMENT
Peterbilt tractor. Local hauling only.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL At least 2 years of verifiable Class A tractor trailer experience (required by our insurance carrier, no exceptions) Current DOT medical certificate Clean, acceptable driving record Must pass required drug and alcohol testing Must comply with
DOT/FMCSA

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
End dump Transfer trailers Waste/recycling hauling Aggregate/material hauling Construction trucking Landfill/transfer station operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate tractor trailer equipment Complete required pre trip and post trip inspections Maintain ELD logs and required paperwork Follow dispatch instructions and communicate promptly on delays or mechanical issues Keep assigned truck clean and well maintained Operate safely and professionally at customer sites, transfer stations and disposal sites
