We are a small privately-owned equipment rental company, located in Azusa, supplying service to the commercial construction industry. As a small company, we pride ourselves on our strong employer-to-employee relationships and facilitate a fun and easy-going company culture.
Position:
We are seeking a motivated truck driver to join our team! We're in search of an individual who is dependable, hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, respectful, and desires to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Inspect truck before and after trip Travel to job site locations to deliver and pick up rental equipment Manage time by anticipating and determining dispatch needs Safely operate a truck with trailer Properly load and unload rental equipment Assist customers with proper equipment usage if needed Provide written and verbal driver reports Provide support as needed for company operations, dispatch, and field personnel Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
Valid California driver's license, with a clean, current DMV report, required A general understanding of construction sites and equipment is preferred Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Efficient problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to customer needs Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic
