Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Box Truck Driver (26') to transport freight safely and efficiently across local and regional routes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate a 26-foot box truck safely and in compliance with DOT regulations. Pick up, transport, and deliver goods to designated locations on schedule. Inspect vehicle before and after trips; report mechanical issues promptly. Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled with care. Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and other required paperwork. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members. Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws. Requirements Valid U.S. driver's license (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record. Minimum 1 year of experience driving a 26' box truck or similar vehicle. Must be at least 21 years of age . Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle freight manually when needed. Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations preferred. Strong time management and communication skills. Must pass a background check and drug screening . Preferred Qualifications Experience with regional or OTR deliveries. Familiarity with load boards and route optimization tools. Prior experience in logistics or last-mile delivery.
