As a representative of The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, this role requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and care in handling high-quality, perishable goods. Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers Verify order accuracy before departure and upon delivery Maintain proper handling and temperature control of perishable items Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes Load and unload products with care to prevent damage Communicate with store team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues Assist with in-store tasks during downtime (packing orders, stocking, light cleaning) Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies Qualifications Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery or driving experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out Food handling knowledge is a plus Authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $21 per hour Employee discount
