- Must have Endorsements of Doubles/Triples
- Must have 1 Year driving experience within the last 3 years or must have 5 years experience within the last 10 years
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record
- No DUI's, cell phone tickets, reckless driving or suspended licenses
- No accidents. Clean background/criminal Record
- No Felonies or no misdemeanors
- Must have a current DOT Medical Card
- Must pass physical and drug test
- Must be able to use electronic logging device
