Job Overview We are looking for experienced drivers who are comfortable with long-distance OTR driving, double trailers, and team driving . This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent miles, no-touch freight, and competitive weekly earnings. Pay & Bonus Up to $0.98 CPM split between team drivers Estimated weekly earnings: $2,500-$3,000 $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified active FedEx drivers Consistent OTR/linehaul work Paid training What You'll Do As an OTR Team Driver, you'll work with a driving partner to safely transport freight across long-distance routes. You'll be responsible for: Safely operating Class A tractor-trailers Hooking up and operating double trailers Driving long-distance OTR routes Transporting 100% no-touch freight Following assigned routes and using GPS/navigation Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintaining required logs and documentation Following DOT and FMCSA regulations Communicating with dispatch and maintaining safe, professional operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for drivers who are: Class A CDL holders Experienced in OTR driving Comfortable with team driving Experienced with or knowledgeable about double trailers Safety-focused and dependable Comfortable being on the road for long-distance routes

Required:

Class A CDL Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience Minimum 1 year OTR experience Doubles/Triples Endorsement Willingness to drive as part of a team Ability to safely operate double trailers FedEx linehaul experience is a plus!
