We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle FedEx Ground linehaul runs safely and efficiently!

Linehaul Driving Requirements:

Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Doubles endorsement required Must have solid/proven 10 speed manual transmission experience Client does NOT want "rusty" manual drivers Road test evaluations will be conducted Ability to follow instructions and complete required training. Motivated and eager to work. Comfortable with technology and mobile applications. Able to follow structured processes and procedures. Capable of working with minimal supervision. Strong communicators who demonstrate engagement during the interview. Able to demonstrate stable availability and commitment. Free from significant external constraints that may impact attendance or reliability.

What You'll Do:

Operate tractor-trailer combinations for FedEx Ground linehaul runs Safely complete scheduled loads and meet operational deadlines Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, or equipment issues Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required

Pay Structure:

Per load with guaranteed minimum equivalent to $28/hour.

Schedule:
Primary Availability:

Weekdays at 12:00 PM and Sunday evenings .

Additional Availability:

Flexibility to work occasional 9:00 PM shifts and Saturdays as needed (not on a weekly basis). Sunday

Wednesday Sunday, Monday, Tuesday:

Start time: 4:00 AM Typical end time around 3:00 PM, but may vary depending on traffic and operations

Wednesday:

Start time between 8:00 AM

•9:00 AM Typical end time before 7:00 PM FedEx deadline Current drivers on similar routes average approximately $1,600

•1,800/week depending on productivity and completed loads

On Call Driver Role :

$150 per week for full availability (3:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 PM, plus weekends) If no shifts are offered during the week, the driver will still receive the full $150 retainer If a shift is offered and accepted, the driver will receive the full $150 retainer plus $30/hour for hours worked If a shift is offered with more than 12 hours' notice and is declined for any reason, the retainer will be forfeited for that week, even if a later shift is accepted If a shift is offered with less than 12 hours' notice, declining the shift will not affect the weekly retainer
