Store Manager Job Summary:
The Driver will be responsible for transporting artificial grass and supplies from the warehouse to customers in a safe and timely manner. The driver will load and unload the materials for customers. They follow a specified schedule and identify the most efficient routs to avoid delays. They also conduct regular vehicle check-ups and maintenance to keep company vehicles in good working conditions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner on a daily basis. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete. Load and unload items from vehicle. Provide excellent customer service and answer questions. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. Preparing documents relating to deliveries. Assist warehouse staff in fulfilling orders when not on deliveries. Safely operating equipment and machines such as a carpet cutting machine and forklift. Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule. Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Valid Drivers License with good driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Knowledge of basic tools, equipment and machinery. Forklift experience preferred Warehouse experience or comparable work experience.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and sitting Ability to lift 50+ pounds several times a day
Work Environment:
May occasionally work in extreme weather indoors or outdoors. May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
