Join the Hunts Hauling & Junk Removal team! Hunts Hauling & Junk Removal is a family-owned business based in Dixon, CA. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Junk Removal Driver & Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves driving, hauling, lifting, loading, cleanouts, and light demolition. Experience driving a truck and backing a trailer is important for this position.

Responsibilities:

Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites Back and maneuver trailers in residential and commercial areas Load and unload furniture, appliances, household items, yard debris, and other materials Assist with property, garage, estate, and business cleanouts Perform light demolition when needed Safely secure loads and complete basic vehicle/trailer safety checks Keep trucks, trailers, and work areas clean and organized Provide friendly and professional customer service Work efficiently as part of a two-person or small crew

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements Experience driving a truck and backing a trailer Dependable and punctual Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Able to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Professional and respectful when interacting with customers Able to follow directions and work independently when needed

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in junk removal, moving, hauling, landscaping, construction, delivery, demolition, or other physically demanding work is a plus, but we're willing to consider the right candidate with strong driving and trailer experience.

Schedule:

Hours vary based on customer bookings and workload. Applicants should have flexibility in their availability. This position may include both part-time and full-time hours depending on business needs.

Pay:

$17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. We're looking for someone who wants to work, takes pride in doing a job correctly, treats customers and their property with respect, and can be counted on by the rest of the crew.
