Team OTR with weekly return to domicile We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Team OTR Drivers for consistent, high-mileage routes out of LAX. Run approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck on predictable, repeatable lanes with guaranteed weekly compensation. Route Structure & Home Time Approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck Weekly return to the same LAX domicile Predictable, repeatable long-haul lanes Example routes include: LAX ? EWR ? ATL LAX ? DFW ? LAX LAX ? EWR ? ATL Long-haul miles without being away for weeks at a time Pay & Bonuses 6+ months

CDL-A/OTR

$1,500/week 1+ year: $1,750/week 1.5+ years: $2,000/week Up to 15% performance bonus $1,000 retention bonus paid 30 days after direct hire $3,000 retention bonus at 12 months of continuous employment Driver referral bonuses available

Job Requirements:
