Clearline Mobility provides door to door transportation for adults with developmental disabilities in Humboldt County. We keep our drivers on consistent routes with the same riders as much as we can, because our riders count on seeing familiar faces. We are hiring full time drivers for company vehicles. No personal vehicle and no CDL required. You drive our minivans and lift-equipped vans, we handle fuel, insurance and maintenance, and we train you on the vehicle and the route. Eight paid hours a day, weekends off. Between the morning and afternoon runs you stay on the clock doing vehicle care, courier runs and support work for our partner companies. What you will do

• Drive a company minivan or lift-equipped van on a consistent daily route
• Help riders board safely, secure wheelchairs and mobility devices (we train you), and deliver every rider to a responsible adult or program staff
• Follow your route in our driver app, call dispatch about anything unusual, and keep rider information confidential
• Handle midday assignments between route runs What we are looking for
• Patient, dependable and kind. Our riders notice who their driver is, and consistency is the job
• Clean, careful driving habits
• Comfortable using a phone app for your daily route
• Experience in caregiving, home care, delivery driving or passenger transport is a plus, not required
• Able to meet our contract driver standards, verified after a conditional offer (age 21 or older, valid California license, background clearance, and a driving record review) $18 to $23 per hour depending on experience.
