Tharps Farm Supply Inc is looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver to join our team in Firebaugh, CA! This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a trusted agricultural supply operation, keeping our customers and operations moving every day.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport farm supplies and products to customers and job sites Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of agricultural supplies and equipment Plan and follow efficient delivery routes throughout the Firebaugh and surrounding areas Inspect vehicle before and after each trip and report any maintenance needs Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and paperwork Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and represent the company professionally Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license; CDL a plus depending on vehicle type Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe driving practices Prior delivery or commercial driving experience preferred Ability to lift and handle heavy agricultural supplies and materials Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong time management skills Familiarity with the Firebaugh, CA area and surrounding agricultural regions is a plus Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team members
