Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized hazardous materials units in compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules across over-the-road (OTR) routes and local deliveries Load and unload freight with manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transport and delivery Transport automobiles or other specialized freight using appropriate equipment and safety procedures Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and cargo manifests in accordance with FMCSA regulations Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any mechanical issues promptly Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate route adjustments, delivery updates, and safety protocols involving hazardous or dangerous goods Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license 7+ YEAR
OF DRIVING
Demonstrated knowledge of truck loading and unloading procedures for freight. Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and route planning for long-distance or local deliveries Experience handling various types of trailers such as refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, or specialty units Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazard materials regulations, and safety compliance standards Delivery driver experience involving freight transportation across diverse routes and cargo types Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently while adhering to safety guidelines Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence on the road!
