Please read before applying: This is a Culinary Training Program, not an immediate job opening. Bracken's Kitchen is a nonprofit hunger-relief organization committed to rescuing, repurposing and restoring both food and lives through food rescue, culinary training and community feeding programs. Our culinary program serves individuals facing financial barriers and those from underserved backgrounds who are serious about preparing for employment in the culinary industry. No previous culinary experience is required, but applicants must demonstrate commitment, motivation, professionalism and a genuine interest in pursuing the culinary field as a long-term career.
