•Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver and take charge of transporting solid waste and other refuse in the Salinas Valley. Duties Receive and inspect disposal loads for hazardous materials Operate refuse transfer trucks and heavy equipment Move, sort, compact, and load materials into trailers Ensure proper weight distribution and legal axle loads Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections Perform minor preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning Prepare basic reports and documentation Assist the public by answering questions and providing direction Support load checking, site clean-up, and material sorting/separation Complete other related duties as assigned Qualifications Valid California Class A driver's license Current California DMV driving record (submitted with application) Minimum one year of experience operating heavy equipment and driving trucks Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance Vocational and/or technical training preferred Must pass a field test demonstrating required skills and abilities Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing Join us today to drive your career forward!

$31.84 - $40.77 per hour
