In this role, you will be responsible for operating dump trucks to transport materials across construction sites efficiently and safely. Your expertise will ensure smooth site operations, adherence to safety regulations, and timely delivery of materials to support various construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure development. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks to move materials like dirt, gravel, and debris across construction sites. Follow all federal construction safety regulations, equipment safety procedures, and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Support construction grading activities by accurately spreading materials and preparing surfaces for further development. Maintain detailed logs of material deliveries, equipment usage, and maintenance activities for accountability and reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members to execute site operations efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial truck driving, heavy equipment operation, or construction utility work. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance on construction machinery. Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures. Experience operating loaders, excavators (including backhoes), water trucks, and performing excavation tasks. Knowledge of construction grading techniques and site preparation processes. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience in construction machinery maintenance is a plus. Construction site experience demonstrating knowledge of safety regulations and heavy equipment operation standards.
