This dedicated fleet route hands your team preassigned lanes and drop and hook loads, so you spend less time waiting and more time earning.
What Each Driver Earns:
Averages $2,200 a week per driver at 5,000 miles Team split CPM from $0.82 up to $0.90 based on verified experience Top teams clear $115,000 or more per driver annually $10,000 sign-on bonus split $5,000 per driver, paid across your first 4 months
Life On This Route:
Out 1 week, home for a 34-hour reset All 48 states covered, no dispatch into NYC or the boroughs Drop and hook freight, customer-planned weekly lanes Late-model equipment Strong customer service skills and patience with customers expected

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old Valid Class A CDL, held in one state only Valid driver's license for the last 12 consecutive months Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months (or qualify via Extended Road Test) No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening, and a DOT physical Must live within 100 miles of your team partner We comply with California's paid sick leave laws and all applicable wage and hour laws for truck drivers.
