Job Description
Job Title:
Tow Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls promptly and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
- Safely operate a tow truck and transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and answering any questions they may have
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each service call
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tow truck and equipment
Requirements:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WHEEL-LIFT
- Must be available weekends
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
