Cal Jump is currently hiring ambitious, driven individuals who are self motivated, hard working and have great customer service to join our team. We service family homes, schools, churches, and corporate events so you must be professional and take pride in your work. We are looking for team members who are available on weekends and/or weekdays to work with us delivering bounce houses and concession machines. We have a fun, fast-paced work environment providing the main attraction to all of our customer's events! Your schedule can be flexible and we can work with what you have to offer. There will be a phone interview before meeting with a hiring manager for an in-person interview. Bring 2 forms of valid government-issued ID (Driver's license and social security card) to the in-person interview. Should it be a good fit, there will be a background check prior to your first day. Position Summary

: https://www.caljump.com/jobs/ Loading bounce houses and other party equipment into your truck or our van. Deliver and set up all equipment. Pick up all inflatables and equipment and return everything neatly to the warehouse. Usually we work from 6AM-12Pm ish for drop offs and 4PM-10PM ish for pick ups every Saturday and Sunday. Times will vary everyday and may be longer or shorter. You must be able to lift 100-200+ pounds. Don't mind getting sweaty and muddy? Then, this is perfect for you! There are always add on orders during your breaks which are opportunities to earn bonuses$$!! We use special dollies to transport the jumpers, so you don't have to do all of the hard work! We will provide shirts and hats to wear while working. Qualifications

Pickup trucks, Vans and box trucks are needed to transport orders. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and full automobile insurance. No CDL needed. Mobile phone and a navigation system. Great customer service skills and ability to manage time. Prior delivery experience a plus. Loading/unloading experience a plus. Ability to lift heavy equipment and use a hand truck dolly. Applicants must be willing to do heavy labor since our products tend to be around 180-250 pounds.
