This position assists with shop and yard organization, material handling, equipment tracking, and transportation of equipment, materials to jobsites. This role is critical in maintaining an orderly, reliable flow of materials and equipment between the shop and jobsites, reducing downtime and supporting project schedules. Duties and Responsibilities Shop & Yard Support Clean and organize shop warehouse and yard Load and unload trucks; move materials up to 50 lbs. Clean spray guns, mixers, and blast pots after use Assist with mobing and demobilizing project Perform basic pump and equipment maintenance Organize tools, consumables, and storage areas Manage waste: segregate spent abrasive, oily rags, and filters Restock paint, abrasives, and PPE Conduct basic inventory counts and label materials Driver & Logistics Run errands and pick up supplies Deliver parts to jobsites Safety Understand safety rules and regulations Wear required PPE Follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately Required Qualifications Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions Willingness to learn and work in industrial environments Preferred Qualifications Construction, painting, or industrial work experience Forklift or equipment experience Basic hand and power tool familiarity OSHA 10 or safety training
Pay:
