JOB DISCRIPTION

For more than 20 years, Chad's Trucking has been serving the Madera, CA, area with dependable and affordable landscape material delivery service. We are seeking a Class A Driver to join our fast-paced and growing team. Ideal candidate will have experience with Transfer Trucks, End Dumps, Low Bed and/or Water Trucks. Familiar with local Aggregate Plant locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience driving trucks and/or heavy equipment . Age 25 or older (for insurance coverage)
• Must have valid Class A CDL for at least 3 years
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record
• Be available to work on short notice
• Mandatory overtime when necessary

Responsibilities:

• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules according to dispatch
• Drive Transfer Truck or End Dump to pick up dry bulk (dirt, sand gravel, etc.) at quarries, sand pits, etc.
• Drive and drop off loads at job sites or homeowner properties
• Refuel truck at end of shift
• Water down construction sites with Water Truck
• Fill out Bill of Ladings or other paperwork to record loads for each job
• Fill out pre and post safety inspection reports . Ability to Read and Write in the English Language What we offer:
