Why Drive for Figueroa Tank Lines Up to $40.00/hour base pay — among the top rates for Class A fuel tanker drivers in the Bay Area $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified, experienced fuel drivers $1,000 referral bonus for every qualified experienced driver you refer Night-shift pay differential Weekend pay differential Daily overtime and double-time earning opportunities Pay & Benefits Up to $40.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications Night-shift differential Weekend differential $5,000 sign-on bonus (qualified experienced drivers) $1,000 referral bonus Daily overtime and double-time earning opportunities Medical insurance Dental insurance Paid vacation Paid sick time Paid holidays Paid training and orientation Company-provided safety equipment and FR uniforms Schedule Local, home-daily work — no overnights away from home AM and PM shift options available 12-hour shifts, steady year-round work Weekend availability needed What You'll Do Safely load, transport, and deliver petroleum products Operate Class A tractor-tanker equipment per DOT, HazMat, terminal, customer, and company requirements Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Operate hoses, valves, fittings, and fuel-delivery equipment safely Maintain accurate load, delivery, and electronic log documentation Communicate proactively with dispatch on delays, equipment issues, or changing conditions Immediately report safety concerns, spills, equipment issues, or hazards Represent the company professionally at terminals and customer sites What You Need Valid Class A CDL Current HazMat endorsement Current Tanker endorsement Valid TWIC card Current DOT medical certificate Verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience Petroleum/fuel transportation experience strongly preferred Driving record that meets company and insurance requirements Ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements and pass DOT pre-employment screening Ability to work 12-hour shifts and safely perform the physical demands of petroleum loading and delivery About Figueroa Tank Lines For more than 15 years, Figueroa Tank Lines has provided reliable petroleum transportation throughout Northern California.
