Pay First Average weekly earnings of $1,000 to $1,300 Solo guarantee: $1,000 a week for 3 months after first solo dispatch Extra performance pay, up to 6 cents per mile $15 for each stop Training for New CDL Holders $650 weekly training pay Trainer rides with you on live freight Full solo pay once you are signed off Where You Run 11 western states, short trips About 1,700 to 2,100 miles weekly Home every 2 weeks, some winter driving What Comes With It Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training Requirements Class A CDL, 21 or older Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing Your CDL is ready.
