The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, excellent attention to detail, and a professional attitude when representing our company at customer locations. This position involves primarily local transport with some flexibility in work hours. In addition to driving responsibilities, drivers are expected to assist on job sites as needed , including helping with equipment positioning, rigging support, loading/unloading coordination, and general site support. A combination of experience and work ethic determine pay rate. Basic qualifications Valid CDL Class A license (required) Clean driving record Minimum 2 years of recent commercial driving experience preferred Experience with oversized, heavy haul, or specialized machinery loads is a plus Ability to lift and secure equipment using chains, binders, tarps, and load-securement tools Must pass pre-employment drug screening Doubles and Triples endorsement is a plus TWIC card is a plus Mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to understand and complete daily paperwork, handle permits and route planning, and comply with DOT rules and regulations Strong work ethic and reliability — able to work independently and within a team English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus About us All Enterprises, Inc. is an established heavy machinery moving and industrial services company.
