You will be responsible for transporting bulk building materials safely and efficiently using a transfer truck and trailer. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving practices and the ability to visually estimate slopes and ground, including identifying slopes as too steep to safely dump or too muddy to safely drive across without getting stuck, for safe dumping of materials. Responsibilities Operate a transfer tractor-trailer. Navigate designated routes while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports as needed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Skills Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles. Knowledge of safe dumping practices. Strong truck driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Previous experience is preferred.
