—CDL DELIVERY DRIVER
Oceanside, CA | $29-$31/HR DOE |START ASAP 26
ft flatbed Looking for a solid CDL job with local commercial deliveries We're hiring an experienced Class A or Class B CDL Driver to deliver custom windows and doors to customers throughout the area. $29-$31/hour based on experience Oceanside, CA Commercial delivery | Windows & Doors Hands-on, physical positionWHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely deliver custom windows and doors to customers
- Operate a commercial vehicle up to 35,000 GVWR
- 26 ft flatbed trailer
- Load and unload deliveries using a Princeton Piggyback, Donkey, or Moffett
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections of truck and forklift
- Verify and audit loads before leaving the yard
- Plan efficient delivery and pickup routes
- Communicate ETAs with customers when needed
- Complete delivery paperwork and obtain required signatures
- Keep truck clean and properly fueled
- Assist warehouse operations and pre-loading as needed
- Handle route changes, tight spaces, and other delivery challenges
- Follow all DOT rules, safety procedures, and company standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid, unrestricted Class A or Class B CDL
- Minimum 1 year of Class A or B driving experience
- Clean DMV record
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Princeton Piggyback, Donkey, or Moffett experience preferred
- Windows & doors product knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Accurate with paperwork and delivery documentation
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Second language is a plus, but not required
THIS IS A PHYSICAL JOB
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, driving, and lifting/moving items over 50 lbs. You'll work both outside and in a manufacturing/warehouse environment, including exposure to weather, noise, fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and moving equipment.WHY APPLY
