BOX TRUCK DRIVER 1099

Independent Contractor | Start Immediately Dior Global Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced, and dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Driver to join our growing transportation team.

POSITION DETAILS

Position:

1099

Independent Contractor Equipment:

26-ft

Box Truck Pay:

15% of linehaul revenue per completed load

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,000-$1,500+

Home Time:

Every 2-3 weeks (flexible)

Weekly Pay Dispatch Provided Majority No-Touch Freight OTR Travel:

Must be comfortable traveling across multiple states

Availability:

Must be willing and able to drive long hours during the day

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a company-provided 26-ft box truck on OTR routes Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on schedule Be prepared for long driving days and extended OTR routes Follow dispatch instructions and maintain consistent communication with dispatch Perform basic load securement when required Conduct proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain all required paperwork and delivery documentation Keep company equipment clean and properly cared for Maintain a professional attitude with brokers, shippers, receivers, and customers

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class C Driver's License Valid DOT Medical Card Minimum 2 years of box truck or commercial driving experience Clean MVR/driving record Experience with OTR driving preferred Comfortable being on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time Must be willing to drive long days Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and safety-focused Must maintain regular communication with dispatch

COMPENSATION

Driver receives 15% of linehaul revenue for each completed load.

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,200-$1,500+ Weekly Pay | Start Immediately We are looking for a driver who understands that OTR trucking requires flexibility, reliability, and the willingness to stay productive while on the road. Serious and dependable applicants only.
