Job Description
Local intermodal position based in the Montebello/Bell Gardens area Home daily with a 10-hour break No-touch freight Drivers haul intermodal containers secured on chassis Mix of preloaded and live freight 5-day work week Extra workdays are optional Night shifts available
Schedules:
Sunday - Thursday Tuesday - Saturday Runs throughout the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas Ramps include Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, and Bloomington Some runs may go north through the Grapevine to Shafter/Lebec Slip-seat account
Job Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months First Seat experience No endorsements required Must live within 15 miles of ZIP code 90201 Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening Comfortable operating intermodal containers secured on a chassis Weekend work required
Wage Range:
1400.00 - 1800.00 per week
