Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Aggregate Transfer Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role you will be responsible for safely operating a transfer truck to transport sand, gravel, rock, asphalt, and other aggregate materials to and from job sites, quarries, and customer locations. The ideal candidate has experience hauling aggregates, a strong safety record, and excellent driving skills. Responsibilities Operate transfer trucks and trailers safely and efficiently. Transport aggregate materials to designated delivery locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation. Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with weight regulations. Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and records. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Report vehicle maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly. Keep equipment clean and presentable. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements for manual transmission Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Experience operating transfer trucks, dump trucks, or similar heavy equipment preferred. Experience self loading materials utilizing heavy equipment is preferred.
