POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Box Truck Delivery Driver to run multi-stop routes throughout

CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, ID

as needed. The goal is to transition you into full-time Monday-Friday within a few weeks, with one mandatory weekend per month. This is a 1099 contractor position, not

W-2. PAY & SCHEDULE

Daily Rate:

$220 per day Not hourly. Average workday is around 12 hours, but may be shorter or longer depending on the route. Full-time drivers average $56,000+ per year.

Typical Hours:

Start around 6:00 AM and work until the assigned route is completed.

Availability:

Part-time to start Must be available 1 weekend per month when full-time Flexible schedules required — hours and routes vary This will be a Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday position. It will be going full-time within 90 days but possibly much much sooner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely transport freight to and from distribution centers and customer locations Complete multi-stop delivery routes efficiently and professionally Perform daily truck inspections and basic preventative maintenance Follow delivery schedules and complete assigned routes on time Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, fuel receipts, and paperwork Comply with DOT regulations and company policies Safely maneuver trucks into loading/unloading areas Confirm delivery instructions and collect verification as needed Report mechanical issues, delays, accidents, or violations immediately

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of box truck or commercial driving experience Experience with GPS, routing apps, and electronic driver tools Ability to handle long working days and regular travel MUST have excellent communication and fast response times Strong knowledge of truck safety and DOT regulations Clean driving record with no recent moving violations Ability to problem-solve in traffic, weather, or mechanical situations Must be 25+ years old Must be dependable, respectful, and motivated to work
