Swift Transportation Lathrop, CA terminal is now hiring OTR drivers out of Stockton, CA. Driving OTR can take you coast-to-coast with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential. Top 25% of OTR drivers at the Lathrop terminal average $1700 weekly Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43 to $.58 cpm depending on route and experience Weekly paychecks Over 30 terminals in 25 states Great benefits package Career growth Monthly hometime Monthly Performance bonus New Fuel Network and Free Showers Guaranteed Pay Plus+- Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving .
