Full-Time Position Starting rate:

$42,000-$47,000 Professional Growth Opportunities Paid Vacation; Health Insurance and 401-k

Duties and Responsabilities:

Cover Open Routes; Back-Up to Sales Representative(s); Travel to other cities and stay overnight(s), if needed; Restocking of products on Customer's Shelves and Displays; Rotation of Products; Removing Damaged Items for Display(s), creating credit memo; Invoicing with Handheld Software and handling money paid by Customers; Generate Daily Report of Route Sales, (Invoices, money, checks, expenses, etc.); Maintain proper inventory count; Insure product distribution is accomplished to the Customer's satisfaction, in accordance with their "receiving hours" schedule and policies, if applicable; Requirements Retain relationships with store managers and solve customer issues Inform customers of new products and special promotions. Restock stores to ensure correct inventory, pricing, and date code rotation Insure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction Complying with customers scheduled receiving hours and policies Sell displays to drive incremental sales Solicit new business within the route territory Selling in new promotions into existing accounts Maintaining company-supplied equipment Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be 21 years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Class "C", clean driving record. Must provide copy of current driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) 1-3 years of sales experience, DSD experience preferred Must be able to drive 16' box truck Ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 30 to50 lbs Must have computer literate ability to learn and effectively utilize a handheld and invoicing system Work requires ability to read, write, and communicate in order to understand work and safety instructions Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
