Layover:

$100 per occurrence Show bonus: $200 per week Shuttle work: $25 per hour or $225 per day Waiting on power unit: $25 per hour Mandatory meetings: $25 per hour DCS outsource work: $245

•270 per day Intermodal outsource work: $100

•250 per load 6th

Day Incentive:

$75 per day Fri-Mon work incentive: $150 per week Safety training: $20 per hour New hire training period: $245 per day $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $86,800 Daily home time Onsite management Paid online orientation
