even better What You'll Do Drive and operate a flatbed tow truck Recover, load, unload, and transport company vehicles Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips Secure vehicles properly for transport Keep DOT logs and required paperwork up to date Communicate with dispatch and logistics teams Perform basic truck checks (fuel, fluids, tire pressure) Follow all safety and DOT regulations Requirements Valid Class C Driver's License (CDL is a plus) 4-6 years of flatbed towing or vehicle recovery experience Experience operating rollback/flatbed tow trucks Clean driving record DOT Medical Examiner Certificate (MEC) required Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must pass a background check and drug screening
